Shipping And Handling
We don't aim to make any money on postage, we charge the cost to us plus reasonable packaging costs and any VAT that is due. Since the introduction of Royal Mail's new Price in Proportion charging, it is difficult to get all the correct options online. If we find that you have been significantly overcharged or that we can send your order cheaper by the selected service we will refund the difference to you. Hopefully this will be a very rare thing as we have carefully organised our postage rates.
We aim to deliver your order in a timely manner. Our goal is to dispatch your order the next working day following receipt of payment. We will always send an email to the address you supply advising you of the day of dispatch. Working days are classed as Monday to Friday.
Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel your order within seven days of receipt of the goods without giving a reason; this is your cooling off period. To cancel your order you must notify us either by letter or email and send the goods back to us at your own cost and risk. A refund will be given within 30 days of cancellation provided that the goods in question are returned by you and received by us in the condition they were in when delivered to you. No right of cancellation, refund or return exists under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 once you have used the goods or in respect of sealed goods that have been opened and cannot be resold unsealed. None of these conditions affect your statutory rights. If the goods supplied are faulty they may be returned for an immediate replacement or a full refund, whether they have been used or not. "Faults" are defined as manufacturing defects, not those that may be caused by incorrect usage, abuse or fair wear and tear.
